Dear CincyAI Community Member —

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving and that this finds you safe and warm today!

We woke up to the beautiful snow with you this morning…and to the news that the University of Cincinnati, including Digital Futures, is closed due to the inclement weather.

So, unfortunately, our last CincyAI for Humans for 2026 is cancelled too.

While Kendra and I are bummed to not see you today, we’ll be back next year on January 6, 2026 — be sure to RSVP for free today!

You won’t want to miss what we have in store for next year, including expanded programming. We appreciate everyone’s feedback on how we can improve, and can’t wait to make 2026 CincyAI’s best year yet with your help.

Also, a few reminders:

Clothing Donations — Since we aren’t able to collect donations to support unhoused individuals and families today, please drop off donations at Nexigen (16 E. 11th Street Newport, KY 41071). We’re collecting new or clean and gently used socks, gloves, coats, scarves, hats, and blankets.

State of AI Survey — Our “State of AI for Greater Cincinnati and NKY” is back and we need your help! Please fill out this quick survey (less than 4 minutes) and let us know your thoughts on AI use cases, adoption, opportunities, and challenges in our community (your answers will be anonymous). The report will be available by Q1 2026 to participants. Deadline for responses is December 30, 2025 — contribute your answers today!

2026 AI Planning Playbook: Key Considerations — Developed by Kendra, this 2026 AI Planning Playbook is designed to help business and nonprofit leaders think beyond the shiny tools and focus on what actually matters: strategy, people, and progress.

As a reminder, the first 15 meetup registrants who also sign up for it on Eventbrite can get a tour of UC’s Digital Futures! These are on a first-come, first-served basis and are an excellent opportunity to learn about all of the amazing labs and research that’s taking place in the building. Each tour will start at 2:30pm and is led by the wonderful Kyle Maycock. These will be taking place before every meeting in 2025!
